Salon Policy

OUR HOUSE RULES

We like to keep things relaxed but organised, so we have a few house rules to ensure everything runs smoothly and you receive the best service possible. Please take a moment to read them before booking your appointment.

Patch Test
For any technical services, we require a patch test. Just visit the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we’ll take care of it. If you’re coming in for a consultation, it’s the perfect time to get this done.

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.


Timeliness
We strive to keep things on schedule, so punctuality is key. If you’re running late, it impacts everyone. Arriving 10 minutes early to relax with a cup of tea is always a good idea. Being on time makes everyone happy.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay in cash.
